What is SmartSense™ Technology?

Powered by intelligent real-time awareness, SmartSense™ Technology continuously monitors movement as the recliner operates. As the chair transitions through its various positions, the system actively detects when any part of the recliner comes into contact with surrounding objects or obstacles.

When resistance is detected, the chair will automatically pause movement, helping to prevent continued pressure or interruption during operation. If contact occurs repeatedly, the handset will flash to indicate that the recliner may need repositioning.

This responsive feedback system creates an active shield around the chair, supporting improved reliability, smoother operation and greater peace of mind for the user.
